How to Dress to Enhance or Minimize your Bust?

Dressing to minimize or enhance your bust can sometimes be challenging (we've all been there--trust me). Here are some quick tips for using clothes to help minimize or maximize your bust line:

Dressing to enhance your bust:
- Invest in a good push-up bra or padded bra. Victoria's Secret has good options like the Miracle Bra.   It works wonders and looks great underneath a v-neck, since it gives the illusion of cleavage.

- Look for clothes with ruffles or frills. This helps give extra volume to this area.

Dressing to minimize your bust:
- The most important thing when dressing to minimize your bust is to make sure you have the right support. You want to be sure the girls are up high and supported, so look for bras with a thicker shoulder strap. If possible, stay away from strapless bras.

- Pair a patterned or printed bottom with a solid color top, what this does is, it draws attention away from your top half and directs the eye to your lower half.

-Stay away from tops with high necks or drapey fabrics. This will only make you look larger than you are. Instead go for a v-neck top, which will elongate your neck and balance your proportions.
