You can say whatever you want about Justin Bieber but you have to hand it to the teen sensation when it comes to being dedicated to his fans.

The 17-year-old singer has decided to head to Japan later this month although many crew members have refused to go with him for fear of cancer risks from the recent nuclear disaster.

He is scheduled to perform in Osaka on 17 May and Tokyo on 19 May.

According to TMZ, in a recent staff meeting, Justin's manager Scooter Braun told off the hesitant crew members to, "Man the f**k up and do the right things by these kids."

If Justin doesn't have the manpower for a big gig (like the one held in KL last month) in Japan, he'll take on whatever smaller venues he can.

Respect!

Artistes like Avril Lavigne and Slash have cancelled their concerts in Japan. Boo!
