Rocawear Sues Wholesaler for Selling Knockoffs

Jay-Z's clothing company Rocawear has filed a lawsuit against a Florida wholesaler for selling bootleg gear.

Lawyers for Rocawear Licensing LLC filed the suit in Florida Southern District Court on April 5, claiming that Ahmad Jamhour, owner of Bargain Wholesaler and Top Brand Wholesalers, is guilty of selling knockoffs of Jay's iconic line, specifically jean capris and ladies tops.

Rocawear's lawyers are seeking a permanent injunction against Jamhour, barring his stores from further manufacturing, displaying, marketing or selling Rocawear products.
