Art: Park Avenue?s Flower Sculptures

Despite the snow, flowers are blooming up and down Park Avenue. Of course, they’re 25 feet tall. Will Ryman’s colorful sculptures, “The Roses,” include eight clusters of buds that are installed between East 57th and 67th streets.
